made multiple attempt to reach out to make a appointments left voicemails yet to receive a call back. going with a different company
I had been told by a national extermination company that I had carpenter ants and an extermination program would cost $1000 I called SO CO and after describing the ants to Andy he assured me that they were harvest ants that swarmed at this time of year and nothing to be concerned about. I really appreciate his honesty.
Quick review: Andy will be my pest guy for as long as I'm here and he's in business. Hands down your best choice in town. Long review: Andy was an absolute pleasure to speak with on the phone. He called me the night before to remind me of our appointment, and showed up exactly when he said he would.
