I'm very happy with the service I received. The technician knew exactly what was wrong with my door and fixed it in no time. I had a broken cable and he replaced it. It's nice to know there are still companies out there that give excellent customer service.
Called for an estimate, set up a time same day and then Ricardo was unable to come at that time so we rescheduled for the next morning. The next morning he was 15 mins late. Was here for about 5 mins and said he would text with the estimate - I’ve never heard from him again. It’s so frustrating trying to find reliable trustworthy people.
