This wasn’t my first time visiting this location, but was my first time with Avery as my stylist; in sum, she did a phenomenal job. Walking in, I already had an idea of what I wanted, showed her a couple inspiration pics and she executed it flawlessly. She was super nice/friendly and I was surprised how quickly she worked, while also delivering a beautiful end result! The front office staff is also very warm and welcoming. Kristen is 10/10 amazing, but my most recent visit was super underwhelming. I was switched to a different stylist who skipped pinning my hair and the blowout just wasn't polished like my first time. My ends felt stiff, and it fell completely flat after a couple hours. Spending $50 for a blowout that didn't hold is disappointing. I'll definitely be back for Kristen, but this specific service was a miss.
This place is wonderful and I have a great experience every time I am there. Each stylist that has done my hair is knowledgeable and cares about meeting the needs of their customers. They really focus on hair health and always have good recommendations how to achieve your goals. The last time I was there, Hailey had recommended a couple products for my hair. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The salon is clean and comfortable. The stylist do a great job every time!
