All of the staff were incredibly sweet and kind. If you’re a talker, they’ll happily chat with you throughout your appointment—but if you prefer to relax in silence and enjoy the experience, they’ll completely respect that, too. I added on the scalp massage, and it was absolutely heavenly—10 full minutes of pure heaven. My hair looked amazing right after the appointment, but since I have very fine hair and rarely use product or heat, it started to fall a bit throughout the day. Everything! But the doorstop in the bathroom needs to be fixed, or else the wall vanity will get cracked by the door eventually slamming into it. The ladies took good care of me!
