I had a technician come out from SoClean LLC and he disassembled my pool filter, wasn't able to get it reassembled then told my wife he found some bolt that wasn't OEM and he couldn't get it back together. Tried to say that it now voided my home warranty and left with the filter disassembled. I received a phone call at work from my wife in tears because the technician was extremely irritated and unprofessional. He made completely false statements. Superior Service!! Jim was extremely knowledgeable and provided clear and logical explanation to what he was doing. Very efficient and customer oriented with no question being too small. Repaired/replaced pool pump PVC very quickly. Had him come back for an acid wash (which was being proposed by two other pool technicians @ a higher cost) which he honorably stated was not needed for my pool (and explained why), but he did suggest an alternate cleaning which was less harmful to the plaster.
