I had a good experience scheduling my boat delivery. Socks was flexible and met my needs. Upon getting the boat to my pier, I noticed a problem that appeared to be some fuel leakage from the motor. I called and left call back messages twice, two different days without answer or call back. I received my invoice for the service in a timely manner, but still no response from Socks.
They are friendly, informative, and easy to work with. They have stuck with any agreed upon schedule or getting my boat ready for winter or summer. A great company that I have given business to for nearly 10 years. Keep up the good work!
Great People!! Had a water pump problem with my outboard that I couldn’t fix on a family vacation. Dropped it off and picked it up 3 hours later Ready to Rock!!! BadAss!!!!!
I called Socks to order a starter for a Suzuki outboard. Ryan asked me if I was sure the starter was bad; I told him I thought it was. He suggested I try a competitor who has Suzuki parts before having him order one. He could have easily ordered the starter and made a little money on the part. Absolutely the best customer service! Delivered our pontoon early and picked up before we left from our vacation! Great pricing and very attentive staff! We will use them for all our rentals and purchases.
