We're an independent bicycle shop providing sales, service, rentals, and tours. We stock and sell all types of bicycle from Trek, Specialized, Salsa, and Surly. We also rent bikes for anything from a few hours to full self-supported bicycle tour gear. We also operate tours between April and October, please see our website for more info! In Haines, we're open 6 days per week in the summer and 4-5 days per week through the winter. We also have a shop in nearby Skagway that is open 7 days per week, April to October.

Excellent service & rental bikes! Dustin greeted us with a friendly smile, the bikes were tuned & ready to go, we were able to upgrade my wife to an e-bike, and on request Dustin added a bag with pump, multitool, tire levers & a patch kit (which we never needed). We comfortably cycled the 12 miles & back to Chilkoot Lake, saw plenty of wildlife (a bear at the fish weir, an otter in the inlet, a bald eagle, and fish jumping), then tooled around downtown checking out the sights. The place is great. We rented road bikes, but they have every kind, including electric. Don't expect high end, carbon fiber, instead they have bikes that are strong enough to handle the rugged Alaska terrain. We road up to the Chillkoot lake and it was easy. The bike was well maintained, the gears shifted smoothly, the tires rugged enough. Bring your own computer and mount, pedals (if you use clip in), helmet (they have them too), they even have an emergency repair kit and/or lock if you ask. This was a great place to rent a bicycle off the cruise ship. Just walked up the hill, and in a few minutes (literally) I had a perfect ("hybrid" / gravel ) bicycle and was on my way! Did 35 miles, out to the lake, saw eagles, great views around every corner, and then up the haines hwy a bit, around town, went left on beach road etc, took lots of pictures, it was fun to explore further then walking allows. They were very helpful with a reservation change, and the bikes were great. Got some e-bikes that had a long battery life and were shockingly easy to ride without electric assistance too.
