Well after dealing with this branch for over 30 years I find myself both disgusted and absolutely horrified at the reception that I received today. I am an English speaking client and have never been treated as I was today. (First of all the only reason I went in person is because I was hung up on when trying to call them..Too busy to answer the phone) So I was asked if I speak French (yes unless I have a complicated problem (which I did) I was thus told that I could NOT BE SERVED in English. Horrible service. They were downright disrespectful
Hands down the worst customer service experience I ever had. Even with an appointment I had to wait over an hour and the employee at the photo booth who served me was rude.
