I’ve had tough experiences in the past with not getting remotely close to what I asked for with my hair. I booked with Brooklyn and walked out so happy! I got exactly what I wanted! She is super sweet and very professional. I highly recommend her!

I scheduled an appointment specifically for someone experienced with short haircuts, but my daughter was booked with a stylist who immediately said, “I don’t cut short hair, but I can just texturize it.” She clearly didn’t have the right experience and should have offered to reschedule with someone who did. when we called for an appointment, we specified that I have short hair. I get there and she tells me that she doesn’t cut short hair. she thins out my hair like I wanted, but there was really no haircut which I had intended to get when I originally made the appointment.
