i just got my lashes done for the first time and i am OBSESSED!! Erica did an amazing job! she used this cool new facial recognition app that maps out your eyes (spacing, shape, color, etc) and recommends what style lashes would work best with your eyes. we ended up doing a brown cat eye fairy lash set and i couldn’t love them more, absolutely stunning. just an overall amazing experience, Erica is the best!!
Nicolette is the best. Always trying new things with my lashes I love that! New colors, new lash types, new styles. She’s great at keeping things new and fun!
Great customer service, but inconsistent work quality. My initial classic set was applied with too much glue, leaving lashes clumped and "crunchy." Management was very responsive and offered a fix with a senior technician, which I appreciated. However, even after the adjustment, they still didn't feel right and I continued to have discomfort and eventual lash breakage. For the premium price, I expected a better result.
Best place to get your eyelashes done in the Hudson Valley. Erika K. is my favorite but honestly, they’re all fantastic!
