this place provided a service where i was able to do a virtual visit with the doctor over the phone during the covid crisis which was convenient . unfortunately My application was mailed without my signature sigh... so i received a denial letter. I was told to wait for the document to sign ,it would be coming in the mail to sign.. It never came.. so i had to call to find out whats up?? Apparently the state during the covid crisis decided they would accept digital signatures,to speed things up! I was never informed about this... read more
