I am assigning a one-star rating based on several email interactions with Ms. Laurie Rupp, who serves as the manager and exhibits conduct that is unfit for someone in charge of real estate management. Ms. Rupp communicates via email without salutations; her default responses are often dismissive and rude despite my previous attempts to address this with her.
