Save yourself from moving here. The HOA rules are absurd to say the least. I grew a tomato plant, put a fence up on my balcony so my 2 year old wouldn’t fall through the slats, and drove a small vehicle that has writing on it. I was bombarded for doing these things to the point I had to move. If you want to feel like you’re living in a prison, move here. If not, stay far away.
1 assigned parking spot causes neighbors to play monopoly with their cars. Crumbling parking lots and sidewalks. Paper thin windows. Rt. 1 is noisy and unsafe. Got a pool tho
