Love the staff and community (society) ! Trainer's definitely show love and give extra attention to those with poor form! Shoulder and hip mobility has increased tremendously

Going on a month here at SCF. Being a highly functioning business owner myself. I have zero time to spare. With that being said, I come to to the 5am session and it is the most amazing may to start my day. I just want to say Shannon and the entire CrossFit community are beyond warm and welcoming. Sciety Crossfit is amazing. Alyssa is very friendly and knowledgeable. She allowed my son to try out the program for the first time. After that, he loved it. She teaches the kids how to use equipment properly and teaches empowerment. Everyone that goes there is very kind and welcoming. Not only do they learn new skills, they learn how to work with one another and uplift each other. They have fun and they stay in shape and burn all their energy.
What a great gym and community! If you are in the Modesto area I highly suggest checking it out. The owner and coaches are kind and welcoming.
