Sciety Crossfit is amazing. Alyssa is very friendly and knowledgeable. She allowed my son to try out the program for the first time. After that, he loved it. She teaches the kids how to use equipment properly and teaches empowerment. Everyone that goes there is very kind and welcoming. Not only do they learn new skills, they learn how to work with one another and uplift each other. They have fun and they stay in shape and burn all their energy.
What a great gym and community! If you are in the Modesto area I highly suggest checking it out. The owner and coaches are kind and welcoming.

Great folks and a clean box. I dropped in and did an open workout while in the area. I definitely will drop in again.
-Great Price for membership -Facility is well maintained and clean -Owner/ coaches have a lot of experience in fitness and Crossfit -If you are new to fitness, the owner/coaches will simplify exercises for you. That way you do not fill overwhelmed. If you are in the local area I highly recommend this place.
