I had an amazing experience at Social Eyes Optical in Washington Heights. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed—the staff is friendly, professional, and really takes the time to understand your needs. My favorite eye optical store! I have been coming here for a few years now and I will never change because the customer service is so good and the staff here is so friendly. It’s always a quick and easy process here, I highly recommend 👍🏽
My first pair of glasses was great, second pair was mediocre, third pair is now HORRIBLE. I say that because i called to just reorder the same pair i bought last. And the guy on the phone told me to just come in and i told him i cant as i work but i will pick up my glasses after a reorder. I then called again a few days later and the lady on the phone just tells me hold on and leaves me on hold for like 10 minutes no explanation or anything. Im going somewhere else. SMH.
