I absolutely love this gym. Alice is my trainer and she has kept me in shape over the years. It’s because of her that I love working out. The group classes are super fun!!!

I love it here! It's small and quaint, with no distractions and of course Alice! She is the best personal trainer I have ever had. I kid you not, everyone who works out with her looks incredible!
