My party was great we had a good time the decorations everything was as expected but contract states upon completion of party you will receive a $175 deposit back between 5-10 business days if you clean up venue after party. My party was 11-14-2025 it’s now 12-6-25 have not gotten my deposit back and have not received any call or text to why.Was told that I would the venue looked great after party.Very disappointing no one has answered my calls or text.
Terrible customer service! We came to this business excited to plan our 1st baby shower. They require a deposit to save the date then 2 scheduled payments. Unfortunatly 1.5 months before our event we lost the baby. We let them know literally the same week we found out about the lost of our child which was over a month before our event date. instead of mourning we've been going back and forth trying to get refunded for our payment NOT the deposit just our payment. 4 weeks later they gave in to refunding the payment, initiated... read more
I just had my wedding renewal at social vibes and I was blown away by all the decorations. It was everything I requested and was hoping would look like. Thank u so much social vibes for helping me have the wedding renewal of my dreams. I don’t know what I would have done if I wasn’t able to book my wedding renewal at your venue. The Social Vibes Event Space was absolutely incredible! From the amount of space, to the decor, to the team. We had our baby shower in the “Vibe 1” room with about 55 people. Everyone fit comfortably & still had plenty of space for activities & extra tables. The decor exceeded my expectations! They brought my vision to life based on my theme which was really amazing.
