Unfortunately this has been a very painful experience. I received faulty earrings and then seller refused to refund me. Had zero inventory for me to choose something of the same value and I was forced to purchase something more expensive. Just received the item and It’s junk. A tennis bracelet should have a reliable clasp. For almost $2000 it should not get caught on my shirt and come right off. This is unacceptable.
After searching on many online jewelry sites, I purchased and received my necklace from SV. I really like and super happy with my purchase. My floral diamond pendant is very stunning & shiny. I absolutely love it. I bought the .35ct size, kind of regret not buying the. 50ct size. I was hesitant because it's pricey and the no cancellation policy. Anyways, I'm very satisfied with my purchase.
Beautiful store. Had to go into exchange my earrings from flat backs to post. Owner very nice and exchange it with no problem. She have a good selections of gifts for the people in your life.
