Instructor was very informative. Real and honest. Made it feel like a safe environment to be open about my situation
Sabrina was awesome and made me feel welcome and understood as well as not alone and she was real about the program and didn’t beat around the bush at all. 8 hours went by in a flash and I feel as thought I learned a lot and am coming out it this class with a lot of insight and understanding about myself and others as well as anger as a whole. Definitely worth the cost of the class and highly recommend.
Sabrina was awesome and so helpful! She was so nice and seemed like she actually cared about helping others! Would strongly recommend!
