After several messages with no callback I finally got an appointment by booking online... as I was on my way to the salon I got a text stating she had to postpone a few hours due to childcare issues. Once I arrived she had another lady in her chair in foils, was very rude, denied me service stated that she "always double books." I had to go through Groupon to get a refund (which took months).
Really disappointed I had to go to Groupon customer support to have this money given back to me. I called and left messages 3 separate times over weeks with no response. Clearly whoever is running this is overloaded with business and cant handle any additional.
I had an amazing experience with Stephanie! Her coloring was spot on and the cut has left my hair feeling light and fresh! I think I have found my new spot!
