I showed up for my appointment today which I had made and confirmed online. I was there but Stephanie was not. I waited over 10 minutes and then left. Her space had not been cleaned up from the last client either so she would have had to clean all that up once she got there. I'm not just talking hair on the chair and floor either. After several messages with no callback I finally got an appointment by booking online... as I was on my way to the salon I got a text stating she had to postpone a few hours due to childcare issues. Once I arrived she had another lady in her chair in foils, was very rude, denied me service stated that she "always double books." I had to go through Groupon to get a refund (which took months).

Really disappointed I had to go to Groupon customer support to have this money given back to me. I called and left messages 3 separate times over weeks with no response. Clearly whoever is running this is overloaded with business and cant handle any additional.
