The Social Station cancelled our tour due to weather. No issues there, safety first. It did entitle my group to a refund per their own refund policy. I called 5 separate times with no response back, attempted to work with Rookies sports bar to get contact info and received no response. Emailed 5 times, and the final two times received notice of server error indicating they shut down their email account. Highly unprofessional. Received an automated message indicating they were on vacation the same weekend we had booked months ago. When we reached out we did not receive a response for several days. It is now Tuesday and our booked time is Saturday, the response from the owner was short and insincere. I would not recommend wasting the effort in booking with this company.

We signed up to do the experience and an automated message was sent, canceling it a week before we could go. Three days later, they finally answered an email. Our group will never try to do business with them again!
