They are always very helpful when you have a problem.
I feel that their caseloads are too many. I don't like that there have been so many different caseworkers assigned to my daughter's case. I feel like there is a conflict of interest in the case. The current caseworker (she was the investigator of the case to begin with) and has a history with the father, step-mother, & cousin of my daughters father & has already formed an opinion of me. And there is much more, I am unhappy about period.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE PEOPLE WORK HERE. They tear families apart and are ok with it. I've tried calling Samantha Faulkner numerous times about a family support meeting and she never calls back. I've called and left several messages with no avail because I don't live in Missouri, but yet they took my son under false pretenses. If I could give them no stars, I would.
