I had an appointment and was able to get in right away once I verified on my phone that I had arrived.
The staff here are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and caring.

I've never been to this office, but absolutely planned to after my experience at the OKC office. I called to make an appointment, and while I expected to be on hold for lord knows how long, Amanda answered the phone in maybe 10 minutes. Not only did I not have to wait long, she turned a potential visit into a solved problem in minutes. She didn't have to, but she recognized that she could fix it and did.
