Love the staff
I was referred to Jeff, however I was attended by Michelle. At first everything was going well, it’s been over a year my daughter has SSI before she’s disabled & I lost it due to high income. Now my case was transferred to another girl Chantel, the most rudest person I’ve ever spoken to. I’m about to loose my house and she didn’t care to even send the paperwork to social security. They have no empathy
From the first day I knew I had made the right choice and threw a long process I never had to doubt that once. From the front desk to Jeff, Chis Jr and Tamara themselves every question was answered. To say I am thankful for all the help that was provided would be an understatement. Again a long process but they were there beside me every step of the way. Thank you Bell’s Disability Consultants for all the help getting me approved for disability. You have a client for life.
This firm came as highly recommended and I would like to leave an actual review, but considering the lack of friendliness and follow-up I've gotten from the person supposedly in charge of my case (D...), I can only assume that the rest of the process would've been just like the beginning: slow, unpleasant, and antiquated practices such as doing everything by mail, which is the least secure and most time-wasting process there is. Having to go through Florida Bar now because Jeff Bell n his staff did not submit my paperwork in time, prior to my hearing n his staff thinks he is a lawyer n I sure would not have wasted my time with a non lawyer He has also withheld my records, as I am a former veteran of the U.S.Army n have suffered with severe arthritis n ptsd.
