A lovely office staffed with caring and friendly people.
Friendly and patient staff, no wait with appointment. My only issue has to be the privacy. I didn't feel safe/comfortable sharing my personal information due to the layout of the office. The waiting area/chairs were less than 15-20 feet behind me. I had to shout my personal information across two table lengths of space to communicate with my agent.
I did a walk in at this office. The folks working behind the counter seemed nice enough. The person who helped me was great But... I did feel scrutinized by security. Their demeanor was very disrespectful. I guess maybe its the times we are in right now. But i couldn't shake the feeling as a Latino, it was as though they racially profiled me... security that is, not the helpful and understanding SSI employees.
