All I can say is don't expect much. After a 2.5 hour wait, I talked to a Mr. Toney Parker about why I was there - to get a new SS card (the "n" was missing on the Middleton in my name) so I could take the ASVAB and hopefully get into the Coast Guard. He told me he could not get me a new card because my name was too long and their "technology and system can't handle it." Not even a single letter. Okay.
