Rude Security guard Harassing me
RecommendedOmgosh so you hear stories of how horrible the wait is and process is. I got there early and the line was getting there. They made us go in earlier which was awesome but not before we had the security give us a pep talk and a funny one too. Got in and greeted by nice staff and so the whole process took me 10mins. Waiting outside was longer. Love it. They were very informative and I left there feeling great and not over whelmed. Awesome people!!!
I always have a pleasant experience at this office. It runs efficiently, and not just for a government office, but overall! I have come here on a couple of different occasions. The first time was at opening where I only waited about 20 minutes to be seen. The most recent time was to change my name after I got married. I showed up an hour before closing, waited 35 minutes, and was called up to the window. At the window, the entire process took less than 5 minutes and I was out the door. Amazing!!
The service is fast but the security takes their job way too seriously... Yelling at people and treating them like children doesn't give you more authority. It just make u a jerk.
Need to be staffed more for real. People are having to wait outside in the heat and there is plenty of room to stand in here!
It's sad when you have to wait 2 hours just to send info to another office!!!
