It's easy to get in but not to stay, they have you check in and get a number but like a few minutes later someone comes out and asks if you have an appointment. Then if they fee you need to stay , you stay if not they request for you to have an appointment or call for questions. So make sure you make an appointment instead of heading to the offices.
The over the phone customer services representatives here need to be retrain for phone etiquettes. The first call today, the woman just answered the phone and said yeah, not thank you for calling the north Las Vegas social security office. She did not verify my information, Kept talking over me and would not allow me to speak and actually tell her the reason for why I was calling. This place is a joke I waited 2 moths for an appointment when I showed up and checked in someone had cancelled my appointment and I got no explanation or anything just attitude and sent home!!!!! These people brush everything under the rug.
