We have tried for two weeks to reach the contact person (at the Kennett, MO branch) with whom my mother originally spoke. After leaving multiple voicemails without a call back, we finally called to talk to whomever would answer - they transferred us to a number that range continuously for over 5 minutes without an answer. No one ever answered.... the "customer service" they are providing is beyond ridiculous and they fail to assist people who have no other choice but to be dependent on their "assistance"
