No decent help! Very rude and lazy people who work there. They take THREE hour lunch breaks and refuse to call back anyone. Not only that I have been in their office when there was 10 other people there waiting to be helped and only one window worker. The other 14 people who were working there were all walking around (barefoot at that) acting as if the world revolved around them. Not answering the phones as they rang off the hooks!
