Probably going to lose my benefits because of how impossibly unhelpful everyone here is.
No service can,t talk to anyone just automated no help then hung up on
Very friendly and helpful and not too long of a wait time
Called here a dozen times over 6 months... Never told me I had to make an appointment, until I got there in person... So far, I have spent 6 hours on hold (and it's only day 2 of trying)... The sad part is, I only need a 5 minute conversation.... If I didn't doy job this badly, I would be fired.. I'm glad close to half my income goes on taxes, to pay incompetent people who can't even answer a phone
People in this goverment office are unlike most. They are caring, helpful and to the point. They just get it done with no BS. Thank you very much.
