Rudest, most entitled people I've ever met. Totally incapable of their job and think they can speak to you any type way. They sit behind a desk and accomplish nothing all day but think they are better than anyone walking in there. I should also mention I only went to change last name on ss card and ask to have paper to change name on license. Must sleep good knowing you treat others like trash and without human decency. It was my every first time calling the office, I am 19. And i didn’t know anything about calling. My parents asked to sit in and they did speak in the background to help me. The lady was very rude. I gave her my social and what she asked for but stopped because she said it sounded like I was “committing fraud”. This is very rude and I felt patronized and less then. :( this makes me sad do better please
I gave them 3 stars because after I was called I got through there rather quickly. -2 bc the people that work there could use some training in customer service. They call your number from behind a glass, which a lot of the elderly people could not hear. I saw 2 elderly women almost miss their number. One was alerted when she saw it on the screen. When she went to the window the lady aggravatingly told her she'd just skipped it because she didn't respond. She was then pretty hateful with the woman throughout the whole interac... read more
