Terrible Service from these public servants. The security guard is rude as rude can be. All he does is pop up like a jack in box saying "what are you here for" as if he can help me with my Business at the Social security office. The security officer doesn't say good morning or any other professional salutations. I am not obligated to explain my business and myself to a door guard. Shut up and sit down observe and report that is all you're obligated to do buddy.
I’ve gotten excellent service at the Lakeport office.

Lousy service. Lousy customer service. No returned phone call. Had to make two trips when one should have taken care of my problem. Had to make an office visit though because could not reach three 800 numbers. There should be a better way to handle things. I’m very disappointed!!
