Lousy service. Lousy customer service. No returned phone call. Had to make two trips when one should have taken care of my problem. Had to make an office visit though because could not reach three 800 numbers. There should be a better way to handle things. I’m very disappointed!!

I applied for Medicare Part B online. Within a few days I got a phone message from Brian (this office) that I needed to submit one more form. He mailed it to me, saving me a trip into the office. I got it in a few days. I took the completed form into the office and only had to wait 10-15 min. I was called to Brian's window, where he processed the whole application in a few min., and then explained some things about Medicare and printed out information to give me. My experience was great!
