Security officer at entrance was extremely rude. There were literally no cars in the parking lot. I was told before even coming through the second set of double doors if I didn’t have an appointment I couldn’t be seen. No information ever provided to me by the SSA website ever said an appointment was required. I drove a long distance to get there. So that was extremely discouraging to hear. We had to get a replacement 1099 for my wife. The guard and lady behind the window were very helpful and got us what was needed. Excellent service.
I couldn't even walk inside, the men there were rude, and you apparently need to make a appointment to even go inside. Tried calling and got zero help. It used to be more simple before they required appointments. Now I have to wait weeks for something that could've taken a day.
I have had nothing but problems with this office. They don't return calls and you can't get any information off the website they like to push you to visit. They are rude and never answer your questions.
