Called on a Wednesday at 10:54am and recording said office is closed not sure why it's not a holiday and online states office hours are mon. - Fri. 9am-12pm then 1pm-4pm it's already hard enough to get through to the office without extra complications
The staff were friendly & knowledgeable. After being on hold for 5 hours on the national social security “help” line & never talking to anyone 😖), we drove two hours to this office and our issues were taken care of in an hour. Thank you!
