I HATE dealing with these people! The reps talk to you like you're an idiot and tell you absolutely nothing. I regret even applying for SS. I'd rather live like a troll in a cave then to deal with these people!!

Went there to change my bank, the women that helped me typed in the wrong account number, now I don’t get my benefits at all Went back again nice gentleman said he was sorry, we will take care of it he said three to five business days it’s going on 7 still nothing I wouldn’t recommend going there. Maybe try Dover.
Staff is very rude, she wouldn't even look me in the eye when talking , she wasn't understanding our question and just saying paperwork was blank we came there for help for my brother in-law . Not helpful at all and when we had questions she would interrupt my husband. Just a waste of your time .
Slow. 2 people working when there is 10 windows that could be utilized. Went there to change wife's last name and waited 3 hours on a Thursday morning and they weren't even that busy
