I had to go to resolve several issues related to retirement benefits and I did not have an appointment plus I went on a Monday so I was fully expecting a crowd. I prepared myself for a long wait (packed my patience and a positive attitude). I was pleasantly surprised that the wait was not bad at all comparedto what I've heard (approximately 1 hr.). I had an appointment for 9:40am yesterday, was seen immediately, and left by 9:50am. Making an appointment online helps tremendously. Rocki, the woman who assisted me was very kind, helpful, personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. She knew what she was doing, answered all of my questions, and was very thorough.
