Resembles the prison processing center from Idiocracy however the employees are substantially less helpful. After 2 visits and having had nothing accomplished, I’d recommend visiting literally any other site. In fact, just figure it out yourself.
I recently needed assistance from the Social Security Administration Office in Georgetown, Delaware. This is a busy office supporting the fast-growing populationof Sussex County. After reading the reviews, I was very Skeptical of having to go espically since I'm a new resident here in DE. The website stated Walk-ins are welcomed but I was smart and still scheduled a appointment. The Security guard greeted me once I walked in, and was very friendly, He directed me over to the Super Easy self check in Kios. I was 15 mins early for my Appointment and after checking in, my number was called within 5 mins of sitting down. The Representative I had was super friendly and had me out within 10 mins.
They had me change logins and now I can’t get into the account I’m guardian of. Calling is over 120 minute wait. When I ask for help online with the chat, no one answers. What the heck do I do now? I’m supposed to have my yearly report in and I can’t freaking get to it nor can I go in the old way 🤦🏻♀️
