I wish I could give zero stars . Missed my phone appointment with LAURA by two minutes. She left no voicemail or number I could call or even so much as took an initiative to try and call again . I was working ! I feel Bad for the elderly people that have to deal with these incompetent people in this office . They have an “I don’t want to be bothered” attitude . This was the rudest experience I have ever had with SS i normally go to Salisbury have had no problem the lady actually took pride in being ignorant I would be ashamed to work near that person going back to Salisbury Md. Was just able to research and find out she straight up lied to me avoid this place at all cost.
Long wait but mission accomplished!
