I had an appointment for 9:40am yesterday, was seen immediately, and left by 9:50am. Making an appointment online helps tremendously. Rocki, the woman who assisted me was very kind, helpful, personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. She knew what she was doing, answered all of my questions, and was very thorough.
Had an issue with my Medicare part B - which was corrected by an employee in an administrative position. The employee even called me the following day to let me know that I was all set.
I HATE dealing with these people! The reps talk to you like you're an idiot and tell you absolutely nothing. I regret even applying for SS. I'd rather live like a troll in a cave then to deal with these people!!
