These guys genuinely will not answer the phone anymore. I am typically on hold 45 mins-1.5 hours and it transfers me to a different office. It has been the case for the last four calls I have placed with them.
I call and can’t even get anyone. They want me to go on line and look up what I need, which would take like one minute to ask!!!
The people who are working either in office or from home are not doing their job because they are not putting information in the system right and they are hanging up on the customers before they give them the information they called them about. Hanniibal Office people in this office are not doing their jobs right and some of them need to not have their jobs! Not happy and hurting I need to know why they only have 1 window open to help ppl and got many ppl sitting. You come in and they taking appointments before others been sitting there. Is there nobody working Fr I'm not understanding this. Y'all don't want to answer the phone but fast to send me letters and I can't get in the office to get help
Can’t call because they don’t answer phones. If they do answer you wait for over an hour to tell you go to the office. Get to the office and they have one person working. There are now 11 people waiting to be helped and one person working. I’ve been here 40 min and they are still on the same person that they were helping when I got here. They have multiple windows for people to work. Why one one person working?
