So I have mental health issues that’s why I was granted my Social Security SSI disability have multiple phone calls, and which promise my full back pain and I still can’t manage to do even what they say. They’re going to do They just spin around it treat you like complete trash. This place should be shut down not reviewed or looked at. I could see why nobody is putting money in Social Security anymore cause Social Security is not Social Security anymore. It’s fake.
Ms. Culler, bravo on your nonexistent customer service is unacceptable! She was rude beyond belief. I understand some people hate their jobs, but wow! I tried helping my mother, and the representative scolded me for assisting her while she was speaking. Wouldn't you want to know if she was giving you the correct address?
This single star is for the lady at the counter who, although seemed unconfrontational from the instant she asked and learned I had no appointment, helped me file my paperwork for a name change on my new SS card with no issues. First, I wanna preface that I tried calling weeks in advance to see if appointments were necessary because I had to take time off work to go in the first place and the robotic thing on the phone was no way helpful and when it connected me to the location, the phone would ring a certain number of times... read more
