I went in and the services were quick and great just starting from the guard at the door
Listen, I should have checked the website first, but I didnt know I needed to make an appointment. So I Uber there and see I need to make one. It's raining so I ask if I can make an appointment real fast in the lobby and security guard says yes. It's completely empty. Literally no one was there. I do everything online. First appointment isn't until mid August. I looked around and there are 5 desks open. A joke! Scheduled my appointment went to appointment building temporarily closed no one notified me! Finally get a call to reschedule (after my appointment was suppose to happen) call the number back and it doesn’t accept incoming calls!! I just want to change the spelling of the name on the card and no one will help
They were able to help us. But now you have to make an appointment, it can take upto 2 months.
