A joke! Scheduled my appointment went to appointment building temporarily closed no one notified me! Finally get a call to reschedule (after my appointment was suppose to happen) call the number back and it doesn’t accept incoming calls!! I just want to change the spelling of the name on the card and no one will help
They were able to help us. But now you have to make an appointment, it can take upto 2 months.
