Horrible people. I hope the 7000 they cut is from this location. These people get a welfare check from the taxpayers twice a month and do nothing to earn those two checks. I was on hold for almost 8 hours, wanted an appointment and the lady named Tina hung the phone up when I asked for an appointment. This is ridiculous. I've tried for 3 days on hold for over 8 hrs for 2 days and now 4 for the 3rd day. You can't tell me that it takes that long to respond to a damn phone call. No wonder they are getting let go. Seems like they need to hire people to answer the damn phones
I went on-line and it said you couldn't make appointments at this time so I came in. Upon arrival I was told I needed an appointment. Fine. Appointment was for 8 days later. The appointment sheet I was given stated if it was an emergency to let them know. I made my appointment once I spoke with someone on the phone while in the parking lot. Security guard sucks, very rude. People in the office don't return your calls. Overall, I've had negative experiences every time I walk into this location. Make sure you schedule an appointment in advance. Don't waste your gas because they won't see you without one.
