I drove to the Winder location and there was a sign stating that appointments were required. Yet there is nothing on line indicating that appointments are required!!!
Biggest waste of time ever. You have to make an appointment, so go online to do it and it says you can complete a name change online, go through that and it denies you, then tells you to contact the office and sends you through the same steps over and over. Absolutely ridiculous.
Security guard very rude.
The workers are extremely rude worker Judy told me she didn’t know what she was doing so I later asked her how long had she been working there she said 15 yrs and 4 yrs at winder office I said you’ve been here pretty long not to know protocol then she disrespected me saying why don’t my kids have the same father
