Absolutely horrible service for Americans. My husband has terminal cancer and I had to take him in to office since his benefits were cut for UNKNOWN reasons. 50 years of hard work , lost many families to war for America, suffered greatly. And being told in a EMPTY WAITING room we MUST make appointment. They saw us just long enough to tell my husband they will NOT talk to him ( while he is terminally ill ) until we have appt. Did that. never had a bad experience here before but, I came to get my fathers survival benefits for another year since i’m still in school. Matt was the guy that “helped” us and he was soooo unprofessional and just straight up rude. obviously didn’t want to be there to help & when we tried to schedule another appt since we didn’t get ANY help that day it was “with me specifically?” with a giggle!! definitely not with you! need someone helpful instead of useless. so sad.
The person who helped me was very thorough and helpful.
