We had to come here for a complicated E-Verify issue, and the process was surprisingly easy. Signing in was quick (we did have an appointment), and the lady who helped us was absolutely amazing! She was so kind, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure we had the right paperwork and documentation. Honestly, I wish every place had customer service like hers. Definitely worth the 2-hour drive!

I just spoke to a male, he was one of the rudest people I've ever talked to. Then he proceeded to say, well if I'm done with you I will help the next person and hung up. Should I apologize for needing information, if he's unhappy with his employment maybe he needs a new position. Rude people everywhere. I called back to complaint but refused to sit on hold for hours. Do better Social Security. Don't use your job as an excuse to dismiss other human beings.
All I need to do is report my wages. The App won’t allow me and says to call the office. So I called and after figuring out how to get past the most useless robot answering system who kept saying, “If you’re done you can hang up now” like every 5 seconds I somehow magically am able to leave a call back number.
