I just spoke to a male, he was one of the rudest people I've ever talked to. Then he proceeded to say, well if I'm done with you I will help the next person and hung up. Should I apologize for needing information, if he's unhappy with his employment maybe he needs a new position. Rude people everywhere. I called back to complaint but refused to sit on hold for hours. Do better Social Security. Don't use your job as an excuse to dismiss other human beings.
All I need to do is report my wages. The App won’t allow me and says to call the office. So I called and after figuring out how to get past the most useless robot answering system who kept saying, “If you’re done you can hang up now” like every 5 seconds I somehow magically am able to leave a call back number. They said 120 minutes and since I called at 1pm I waited and got the call back at 4:35pm. This really rude lady answered the phone and said, “SSI” and then never talked again. Great experience! In and out in less than 10 minutes. The young woman in booth #10 was extremely helpful and respectful. Retain and promote!
