Lady I felt with was very rude, also if there’s specific papers they want to get a minors social security card they should make that clear when registering online instead of giving 8 options of identification and then turning you away bc it’s not the exact one you want.
Just spoke with Ms. Etheridge at the Milledgeville office and she was very helpful in assisting me with resolving some beneficiary payment issues I was having. Just want to say thank you very much for her patience, time, and assistance!
There’s an individual that works there by the name of Mr brown and is quite honestly one of the smuggest most disgusting human beings ever. His only job is to work and help the vulnerable and needy and everything he displayed during our interactions was a complete and utter betrayal of the institution he represents. If y’all don’t fire him, he needs to be relocated far away from anyone he can taint his horrible personality and social skills. He certainly doesn’t need to be interacting with anybody from the public.
Woman was very rude, I'm disabled and needed assistance understanding a letter that was sent to me and how to fix the problem. I left in tears still unsure of what to do.
