We were assigned a tele call with the Tifton,GA SSA office to go over a big issue we needed resolved. I expected to have to re hash the issue, explain it and re explain it but MICHAEL BURGESS had all my info at his fingertips and resolved the problem in a couple of minutes! He was extremely professional and well prepared to the point that I did not need to refer to all the notes I had expected to read to him!! Slow for no reason. Close this place down. Booth B on 8/20/25 lied to me and treated me like trash. It’s like she didn’t care about my concerns! I’ll do everything in my power for her to not be there anymore. And I don’t even do this. But, she’s not a good fit!
