Quick not real slow. Was only there for 15 minutes and I was back out the door.
Waited all day on the line and nobody picked up. Called and asked for a call back. Didn't receive a call back. This was the Cookeville TN office.
Bad people skills, flippant and the representative sounded like he was annoyed by my call. Beware. Call back and hope you get a representative with better phone and people skills. Or just avoid the possibility of getting someone similar by doing what you can online.
They don't care about your mental health. They don't care if you have several medical professionals with the same diagnosis. They make u interview with their medical "professional" who doesn't even ask questions related to the disability. And that's what they want bc with my condition constantly appealing is draining and increases my depression to the point I cannot keep fighting and then they don't have to help.
