The staff at this location are wonderful! From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by the security officer I had a smile on my face. He was kind, helpful and friendly. As I waited (briefly) for my turn I noticed he was this way with everyone who entered the building. I had the same experience with the woman who helped me with my paperwork. Great experience!
I’m complaining cuz, why is it you are late giving me my check but never early? Not to mention, I have to scrimp and scrape every month because it’s not like you’re gonna give me enough to live off of. At this point, I wouldn’t put it past Trump not giving me my check the way things are headed. Like I should’ve got two days ago, but it’s still not here today. What about the people? I got in without an appointment in about 20 minutes! Emily at the window understood what I was saying and was able to help me rectify the issue immediately. She was able to input notes which eliminated the need for me to mail anything in. I'm so grateful I came to the Cookeville SSA office today to get my issue resolved promptly!
