They are not professional and they don't do there jobs I wasted 2hrs up there giving them my bad info just for them to not do it
The people that answer can be SO disrespectful its mind blowing. Not to mention the case workers never call you back or keep in contact. I've been waiting for 3 months to have someone contact me, just to find out my caseworker was switched so now I have to try and track down a whole new person who also does not like to answer the phone or call people back. This office is horrible
There was always a wait when you went in person. I have had to go for years due to trying to deal with having a disabled son. They were always KIND when you did get to see an agent. Since they have closed the Shreveport office, it is a nightmare waiting for hours trying to get someone on the phone just to make an appointment. God knows they are overwhelmed, but something has to change. People need to be able to contact them ESPECIALLY when a letter has been sent to them by social security about a problem.
