The first guy I got was not very friendly my next appointment the lady was a sweet heart went above and beyond to help me left very satisfied one bad apple don't ruin the hole bag
Won't answer my calls, hangs up on me when they do answer and are literally the only office that has the information regarding my case file. I will be contacting an attorney about this, because if I can get in trouble for not communicating with them, the same should be for their end.
The two times I've called this office regarding my benefits have been awful. The women I spoke to were very rude and condescending. I will not call here again.
