The SSA phone lines are truly a mess, they put you on hold and the next thingee I knew I was disconnected. When I called back for the 3rd time a received a live person, she was so professional she also apologize for what happened to me before I got to her. Then she got my information that I needed told me that I could have it in the mail within a week. That’s all I needed and it was very good. I give her five stars. Eating out of a dumpster is better then seeking help from these people. SSA is so incompetent that they are paying people who have been dead for over 50 years checks without questioning anything while simultaneously demanding the money we pay them for security(through taxes and holds) back if we choose to stand on our own even if it's barely surviving. These people probably think Luigi is the one in the wrong.
I've been trying to reach by phone multiple days however it's does not let me speak to anyone, Noone answers the phone and just simply says, call back. Can't be reached!! This is not acceptable! My app for disability has been in for 374 days with no reply. How can this be possible? I was in car accident since Oct 23, just started trying to walk 2 months ago. , working tax paying citizen for decades. Yet no people for illegals to get money-- not ok while our people are suffering!!!!
At around 1:15 p.m.on Wednesday July 31st, Ms. T. Christopher went above and beyond to assist my client and me with documentation. She was very attentive and asked if we needed any further assistance before we left. We truly appreciate her customer service and hope to work with her again in the future!
