Absolutely the worst service and experience I’ve ever had!
I had scheduled appointment for 11:30 am and been waiting it’s 2:40 pm still didn’t get a call. This is ridiculous. They can do better.
We made it here by 3:45 and they were already closed, Boo on y'all, that was a long trip, and 4 o'clock is 4 o'clock
August 24th 2023 to now August 1st 2025 still NOTHING from Mr. Williams who handle my case. AWFUL! even though DDS (Disability Determination Service) cleared and approved me as DEAF in February 18th 2025... BUT STILL haven't got any calls, mails from this GARBAGE office! fired all workers!
