Had a great visit! Everyone was nice and friendly
I went to the social security office on Harding Blvd in Baton Rouge to apply for a replacement social security card.The wait times was faster than expected and the staff was nice and the other people in the waiting lines was friendly.
We did wait for an hour and a half, and the chairs aren't comfortable 😅 But they were moving people pretty fast, and the lady that helped us Mrs. Nguyen was so nice and professional, answered our questions, and even had a sweet conversation with us during the whole process 😊

Security and staff harassed my friend and her 2 year old child who were there inquiring about paperwork. Security guard yelled at the 2 year old for playing with toy cars and the staff treated my friend like what she was asking wasn’t their literal job to do. Don’t work in social security administration if you literally hate administering social security, like thats kind of a requirement of the job. God forbid they have to come to work and actually WORK. disgraceful behavior from that employee and the security guard.
