Fui un martes y desde el primer momento fueron muy amables, desde el guardia de seguridad asta los trabajadores de oficina, el procedimiento fue muy rápido y en menos de 30 minutos me llamaron y me tuvieron mucha paciencia ya que yo no hablo hingles

What kind of government agency does not accept a birth certificate for proof of identity?!? I called the 1-800 number to SSN who helped set up my appt to this local office AND advised me me what to being for my underage child which was…. HIS BIRTH CERTIFICATE!!! Show up at this location and was told I had to jump thru hoops and get vaccination cards, check him out of school so he could show his school ID, original life insurance policy…!?! Like serious? Complete waste of time/PTO to go here.
