I stayed on the phone for 30 mins the first time, second time was 1hr. third time 1hr15mins. Fourth time 1hr.45mins still no answer.. this is ridiculous..

They don't care about your time, not at all. Waiting from 12:01n until 3:19p still waiting.
Refused to help me told me call 1866 number which I had already done told her and all she said was well keep calling I went to office sat 6 hrs one day next day sat 4 hrs never got any help period lady name was Burrell she was ugly and rude they’d be able to help ppl if they’d get off their cells texting and watching things laughing cutting up and stop rushing ppl off so they can get back to their phone don’t know if it will help but plan on calling attorney general and government if I don’t get help soon this is worse than ... read more
