This is really ridiculous but more importantly sad. Called and the phone gave me the option to fill an app out online. Get there and after waiting a while I was told that although they give that option on the phone, they don’t accept paper copies. No apology, just a cold response to the other questions I asked. May God change their attitude and help them to understand the importance of a smile and respect for people’s time and feelings
The first time I came here to change the name on my ss they still not change for me the second time after waiting for long time for my number I meet the lady so rude..
