Getting access is the worst. Unable to get online.. How would anyone deal w/ "Direct Deposit" if it goes strictly ONLINE?! It mentions that they R getting rid of "Checks by Mail" due by FRAUD... How exactly is Online Deposit any better, when there's SCAMS or HACKS. Not just that there's gotta be a better way of "COMMUNICATING"; then dealing w/ a phone, or going in person.
I don’t understand the point of having an appointment if the wait time was still over an hour. Also don’t understand the point of checking in on your phone when you still have to wait in line outside the door to check in again before sitting down to wait. The lady working the door today did not seem to be the most pleasant person in the world. There doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason in the order they call people. All that waiting for something that took 3 minutes to take care of is crazy.
