Staff is extremely helpful. But the fact is that I had to wait in line for 20 minutes to drop a form in a mailbox in the office. The entire process, which involved having withholding for taxes, should be available online. Then had to come two more times to correct an error that they should have been able to fix by phone or through a website. Again, wasting our time with something that could have been handled very simply

Go in there to request a copy of my daughter's social security card. Was told that you cannot do that when the lobby is completely empty. It's not as as if I was asking to receive it at that time. I know that you have to place a request then you go online to make an appointment for a month in advance. That is ridiculous. These people get paid good taxpayer money for their job. They need to be doing their job
