I'm learning to express my feelings and this matter needs to be reported how the SSI office located in Pembroke Pines is very unprofessional. Starting with the Security, there's two individuals that sits on there phone and when asked a simple question there's an attitude, they are very loud with no customer service. I witness an elderly woman that didn't speak English try to check in on the machine and the lady security in a high tone said to her... Fast pace place was in and out in 40 minutes
I was very nervous before coming to the SSA office, but from the moment I walked in, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. All the staff — from the entrance to the final resolution of my issue — treated me with kindness, respect, and patience. What I was afraid of turned out to be not scary at all. The process was much easier than I expected, thanks to the people who work there. I am truly grateful to everyone who helped me today. Thank you for your support and professionalism. 🙏🏻
Line was 8 people long which took half an hour just to get to the help window. They couldn't help with my Medicare issue.
