I don’t understand the point of having an appointment if the wait time was still over an hour. Also don’t understand the point of checking in on your phone when you still have to wait in line outside the door to check in again before sitting down to wait. The lady working the door today did not seem to be the most pleasant person in the world. There doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason in the order they call people. All that waiting for something that took 3 minutes to take care of is crazy.
Know there have been a lot of dramatic changes. Special ADA accommodations needed for over 65. Also, people can't wait in line for any reason and then be told go make appointment.
Was taken care of by an extremely rude and inconsiderate representative, Filasont or Philasont (unsure of the spelling, no name tags). Its clear she is only at this agency for a job and not because she takes pride in assisting her community. The employees opened the doors before 9:00 AM. There was a young officer Jimmo (not sure if I spelled his name correctly) he seemed so kind and understanding. He was frank and professional yet approachable. He was able to address everyone’s concerns before the official opening time. The SSI staff was friendly and courteous. Overall it was a positive experience.
Security guard is rude, guy who checks in at the front is nice. The lady at the window decided to scold me because her fellow 800 operators gave incorrect info how is tht my problem?! Guy in window 9 with the beard super nice. The others need customer service training.
