I came all the way from Raleigh, NC to this office. Just have your documents ready, be kind to the staff, and you’ll be in and out in no time. Don’t let the bad reviews scare you about this location, they were fantastic and quick.
They are extremely difficult to deal with, the man in the front is incredibly rude and acts like he has better things to do than his job and gets irritated at the sight of you or having to answer a phone call. They lie about documents online just so you can waste your time going there so the jerk at the window can tell you that you're wrong. According to him, you're always wrong and he should find other work if he hates his job so much.
