One person working. Lobby packed to overflowing. Opened at 9 and employee left the front desk for over 10 minutes before 9:30. They need more help desperately
Deborah strange is the nicest person I've ever had the pleasure of speaking with at SSI. I highly recommend that if you need to visit the SSI building if you didn't know you can set-up an appointment and that is the best way to go. Because she will go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure ALL OF YOUR QUESTIONS GET ANSWERED!!!!! Trust me I had the pleasure of talking with her and she figured out my problem without myself having to leave the comfort of my own home! What's the essence of telling someone to make an appointment only to get there on time and have to wait 1 to 2 hours and get treated like a walk in. The lady at the window is rude and condescending, she looks like she could use another job where she doesn't interact with people
