Very very very poor service. Despite of having an appointment, we were still waiting for more than 45 minutes to be called at a window. What is the point of having an appointment? It's of no meaning. Short staff, staff taking breaks randomly and not serving fast enough. Lots of people keep waiting.
Went to change some info. Everybody was friendly. The Security Guard knew most of the Customers by name. He clearly explained the process of Checking in, and he helped remove a returning Customer that got a little loud and mad at the Window. He quieted down immediately when the Security Guard reminded him that he agreed not to get so confrontational the last time he visited. Great Staff.
Lady who answers the phone needs an attitude adjustment. The government should be ashamed for hiring someone like her!
