They're quick, very efficient, and have the patience of the Bible's Jobe. Remember, it's all paid parking around there, even on the street, so unless you're planning on some gambling in the nearby Casino, where parking is "complimentary" (wink), make sure to put enough in the parking meter for about half an hour.
Drove to SPARC BC to get my daughter’s temporary handicapped parking pass while she recovered from a fall. Staff were super nice and helpful. This place is a blessing for anyone hoping to park closer while recovering.
Service was quick. They had pens available to fill out forms. I donated a small amount to round out the fee for my SPARC service, and they printed out a tax receipt in the bottom half of my paperwork.
Although the place was hard to find, the Filipino guy in the front made it a breeze in the processing of my parking permit and his explanations of the expiry date of my permit was all clear to me ang my hubby. So all in all, it was all good.
