Brought in a group of 10 women in for a special event. Were made to wait for 25 minutes past our reservation time, even though they were just "Wiping down the table". The 3 hostesses hung out and chatted while we watched our table sit empty. The place was only half full on a Saturday night and now I'm not surprised. We went there for sunday brunch. We were there at 10am at opening and they could not serve the Avocado Toast-they were out!!!! Than we ordered a cappuccino-no we dont have that. They only had black coffee served in a paper cup-you know like Mc Donalds!!! Service was horrible-the restaurant is run by teenagers. So clearly i am not going to this Restaurant again-totally overpriced for what you get.

The worst service ever!! We made reservation and never got sat where we wanted. Decided to sit inside, then the food took almost one hour to come. Coffee was cold, drink tasted bad. They even charged us for the ice added to our drinks. Really bad experience. My friends and I went out to enjoy the weather and ended up having out night spoiled.
We made a reservation for the rooftop at 6:45, it was crowded and we couldn't sit there. After waiting about one hour and a half we finally got seated inside, and we had to wait more 50 minutes for the food. Unfortunately I used to love that place, but I'm disappointed :/
I want to give a shout out to our server Bob and to Social Kitchen for always making our dining experience a pleasant one. My husband has a dairy allergy and 90% of the time when we go out we have to send his food back because of a forgotten cheese accompaniment or sour cream drizzle somewhere on the dish, resulting in everyone else eating while my husband waits for his food to arrive (again). Was disappointed that after making a reservation, verifying that it was handicap accessible that we were not seated on time, nothing was prepared, we were moving tables/chairs to get my family member that is wheel chair bound to the table. The food was mediocre at best. Our bill was charged for the items the manger sent over to try and compensate for the rough start. When I contacted the manager Matt he said he would be in contact with me, that was a week ago. Would NOT recommend this overly hyped restaurant.
Great food, wonderful atmosphere and a great location to meet friends and family.
